    Prices
    The prices indicated on the Website are in Euros and include all taxes unless otherwise indicated. Delivery costs are not included in the prices. The price of each of the products that the customer may wish to purchase, as well as the amount of the delivery costs, shall be provided prior to the customer’s validation of the order. Delivery costs vary according to the method of shipping and the delivery address chosen by the customer. Arjowiggins Fine Papers reserves the right to modify the price of the products proposed on the Website at any time and without notice, it being specified that the products proposed for sale and their corresponding prices shall be those in effect at the time the customer’s order is placed. Payment Conditions
    Every order placed on the Website must be immediately paid for by the customer by an accepted payment (including Credit/Debit cards, Paypal) after validation of the order.
    The products remain the property of Arjowiggins Fine Papers until it has received full payment of the purchase price from the customer. The customer guarantees to Arjowiggins Fine Papers that he/she is the holder of the accepted Credit/Debit card. The customer must provide the sixteen- digit number and the expiry date shown on the front of his/her Credit/Debit card as well as, if requested, the security code shown on the back of such card. Any information gathered in connection with the Credit/Debit card will be done through a secure payment environment integrated into the Website by the financial institution of Arjowiggins Fine Papers. We do not gather or keep details of the customer’s Credit/Debit card.
    The customer’s account will be debited at the time of the confirmation of the payment transactions made by the customer in the secure payment
    environment. The customer authorises its bank to debit his/her account based on the information transmitted via the secure payment environment.
    In the event that, for any reason whatsoever, the transaction is not carried out (opposition, refusal of the issuing centre, etc.), the order placed on the Website shall be cancelled. Arjowiggins Fine Papers shall inform the customer of the cancellation of the order on the Website and/or by email to the email address provided by the customer.

    Secure Payment
    Arjowiggins Fine Papers has chosen to use the secure processing services of RBS WorldPay which includes encryption when transmitting information on the network.
    Accepted payment methods include Credit/Debit cards and Paypal. Your account will be debited at the time of the confirmation of the payment transactions made by the customer. In the event of insufficient funds, your order will be cancelled.

    Product Availability
    In the event that one of the products ordered is no longer in stock, we will contact you to inform you of the expected delay before we are able to deliver the product. You will be given the opportunity to cancel your order at such time.
    Should you wish to cancel your order due to a product being unavailable, you will be reimbursed the purchase price within 30 days from payment. Delivery
    Shipping fees of the products are borne by the customer. Your order will be delivered to the address you indicated at the time your order was placed on the Website.
    The Customer shall have the possibility of choosing either standard or express delivery.

    Right to Cancel
    If you are a consumer (i.e. you are not purchasing either wholly or in part for your business or you are not a business) you have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item (except any items which have been personalised for you) within seven working days starting on the day after the date the item is delivered. You can return the product within this time period, at your own expense, accompanied by a written request to cancel the purchase and a copy of your invoice to the following address:

    We recommend that you send us the product by registered mail in order to trace the return. Shipping fees remain the customer’s responsibility. If you return any products, as far as possible please ensure that they are unused, unopened and in their original packaging. You must take reasonable care of the products until they are returned to us.
    This right to cancel is in addition to your rights to return defective or damaged products and your other legal rights.

    Circumstances Beyond our Control
    Arjowiggins Fine Papers is not responsible for meeting any of its obligations to the extent that it is prevented from doing so by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
    We shall inform the customer of any such circumstances that will affect his/her order as soon as possible. Should the circumstances continue for more than fifteen (15) days, the customer shall have the right to cancel his/her order and will be reimbursed in the event that payment has already been debited from his account.

    Absence of Waiver
    No failure to apply nor any delay in applying any provision of these Terms and Conditions, on the part of Arjowiggins Fine Papers, shall operate as a waiver with regard to any right or remedy we may exercise against the customer.

    Partial Invalidity
    If, at any time, any provision of these Terms and Conditions is or becomes illegal, invalid or unenforceable, neither the legality, validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions will in any way be affected or impaired. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
    Your use of the Website and any dispute arising out of such use of the Website is subject to the laws of England.
    If you are a business or you are acting wholly or partly for business purposes, the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Website or the sale of the products on the Website.
