Q1. How can I buy Arjowiggins creative papers in my country?

Q2. What are the advantages of having an account on your website?

Creating an account is easy and allows you to access the following features:

  • Sample orders: place a sample order to deliver to yourself or to a client.
  • Sample orders history: keep track of past sample orders and reorder samples at the click of a button.
  • Address book: save multiple addresses to send samples quickly to your contacts.
  • My Projects: create moodboards of papers for your projects and share them with your colleagues and clients.

Q3. What is the maximum number of samples I can order?

Each time you place an order, you can select up to 10 different items, including paper, boards and envelopes. For each item, you can order a maximum of 6 samples.

Q4. What is the cost of a sample?

The cost of samples depends on the weight and size ordered. Please refer to the table below.

Q5. Do you ship samples internationally?

Arjowiggins Creative Papers prides itself on being available across the entire globe, and as such we deliver all over the world.

Standard deliveries include all countries covered by UPS. If you wish to order a sample to be delivered in a country which isn’t served by UPS, please contact us directly ([email protected]).

For deliveries outside the European Union customs territory, please be advised that customs duties and other taxes may apply. You are responsible for completing the relevant formalities and for paying the relevant duties and taxes. Please see our Terms and Conditions if you need more information.

Q6. What are your shipping costs for sample orders?

Arjowiggins Creative Papers charges a nominal shipping cost for each sample order. Our shipping costs vary by country and are dependent upon the weight and size of the items you have ordered. The cost is calculated before you complete your order. Depending on your country, you may choose between different service levels.

Q7. How long will my sample order take to arrive?

All sample orders are prepared, processed and shipped directly from the UK.
For orders placed before 3pm GMT, orders are prepared and processed the same day. For orders placed after 3pm GMT, orders will be prepared and processed at D+1.

Sample orders shipped to the UK are delivered via Royal Mail First Class and as such usually arrive the next day, but this is not guaranteed by Royal Mail. UK customers can also choose one of the UPS delivery options as described below.

Orders shipped outside the UK will be automatically delivered using UPS. Customers can choose between the 2 following options:

Express Saver:

- UK: next business day delivery by 12:00 noon
- Europe: next business day delivery during the day
- USA and Canada: end of second business day delivery
- Asia and other locations: between 2 to 3 business days


- Europe: next business day delivery between 10:30am and 12:00 noon
- USA and Canada: second business day delivery between 10.30am and 12.00 noon
- Asia and other locations: 2 to 3 business days between 10.30am and 12.00 noon

The above delivery times are given by UPS and should be used as a guideline. Actual delivery time may vary depending on local ground/working conditions. Please remember to read our full Terms & Conditions before ordering.

Q8. I want to order a Paper Book. How much does it cost, and how much time will it take to be delivered?

The Paper Book is priced at 150€ including VAT and delivery costs for the A4 version and at 90€ including VAT and delivery costs for the DL version. It will take between 1 to 2 weeks to be delivered from your order acknowledgement.

Q9. What payment methods do you allow?

We take payments via Stripe, which is a secure payment gateway. Most of the popular bank cards such as MasterCard, Visa, Maestro etc. will allow you to pay for orders.

We do not accept postal checks, money orders, purchase orders, bank transfers and PayPal™.

Q10. Can I pay in my local currency?

The prices for all the items on the website are listed in EUROS (€).

If your bank account uses another currency than Euro (€), your bank will charge you your currency equivalent, as well as your currency translation cost. Please check any extra fees that may apply with your bank.

Q11. What is your returns and cancellation policy?

Once you have placed a sample order, it is not possible to return or cancel it. Please remember to read our full Terms & Conditions before ordering.

Q12. What if I get a damaged delivery?

We take utmost care to ensure that your order reaches you in perfect condition. But if a package is clearly and visibly damaged upon receipt, you should refuse to take its delivery in order to benefit from the warranty offered by the carrier. You should also contact us at [email protected] within 48h with a picture of the damaged package. A new order will be prepared and dispatched.

Q13. I’ve done a project on your papers. How can I share it with you?

We love to see how our papers are being used all around the world.
