Curious Metallics - New colours for 2018

Arjowiggins Creative Papers is the world’s leading producer of fine and custom-made papers. Through 2018, we are delivering on our mission to set international standards for creative papers by extending our colour palette dramatically, refreshing several of our brands with the launch of new, timeless colours.

When creatives select paper, their first criterion is frequently colour. By broadening the spectrum of our product ranges, we intend to inspire creativity and make the unique physical qualities of our papers accessible on a much wider variety of projects.

Curious Metallics is our range of natural wove papers and boards designed to bring a sophisticated metallic shimmer to premium print and packaging. With the addition of 15 subtle new colours, we have now a palette of 30 colours with which to work, from cool Aloe and Aquamarine to Night, a black as dark and deep as obsidian.

The new Curious Metallics spectrum is arranged across eight-to-use ‘families’ to simplify the mixing and matching of papers. Each family contains colours that clearly relate to each other and pair up easily. The different tones in each family also complement tones in other families of colours across the Arjowiggins’ palette making possible harmonious combinations across ranges that are endlessly sophisticated and new.

Following the recent launch of the new Keaykolour spectrum, the extension of the Curious Metallics palette is latest step in Arjowiggins Creative Papers’ mission for 2018, to become the papermaking source of international standards for creative papers.
