The management team of Arjowiggins Creative Papers has taken ownership of the remainder of the company’s activities, protecting nearly 300 jobs in Europe and China and safeguarding the future of the the iconic Arjowiggins brand.
The management buy-out covers Arjowiggins Fine Papers, which runs the group’s Stoneywood mill in Aberdeen plus an office in Basingstoke, and Arjowiggins Chartham, which operates the Chartham mill in Canterbury. Following the MBO, the new company will have 559 employees.

The Paper Book 2018–2021 is the second edition of the complete collection of creative papers developed and manufactured by Arjowiggins. This all-in-one selector tool, first produced in 2015, set a new international standard in the selection and specification of creative papers, and the new, updated and expanded edition pushes the bar still higher.
Curious Metallics widens its range dramatically with 15 muted, shimmering colours, from cool aloe and aquamarine to a black as dark and deep as obsidian. Dovetailing with the existing palette to create new colour families, the new neutrals share Curious Metallics’ natural wove surface and lustrous pigments, making possible combinations across the range that are endlessly sophisticated and new.
